As Principal of Doha Montessori and British School, it gives me great pleasure to welcome you to our website.

Doha Montessori & British School (DMBS) opened in October 1997 and has grown steadily over recent years to offer a quality education to students from pre-school to Yr 11. Since 2008 the school has occupied new, purpose built premises that include state-of-the-art facilities for a variety of specialist subjects in addition to well designed classrooms and sports facilities. The school has been designed to accommodate up to 1200 students and, by 2010, we will be providing education from to Yr 12.

DMBS offers a British style educational based on the National Curriculum of England and Wales with a modified Montessori programme for early years. The medium of instruction is English but cultural diversity is celebrated. Currently the student body comprises 65 different nationalities.
