Your application for your child’s admission will require the following documentation:

• Completed admission form
• Completed medical form
• Previous school’s report (except K.G.)
• 1 current photograph for each child
• A copy of the birth certificate for each child
• A copy of the passport for each child
• A copy of the Residence Permit (where applicable)
• A copy of the immunization card or Qatari Health Record 

All of the above needs to be provided before your child is admitted to the school.

Please read carefully the Conditions for Admission & Fee Regulations before you submit the application form and necessary documents.

Testing will be carried out by the school where applicable and a final decision on admission will be taken in the light of all the relevant information.
